This CD set takes the Mental Management System introduced in the book "With Winning in Mind" and applies it to shooting competition. If you are a competitive shooter of any kind this CD set is for you. Archery, shotgun, SASS, pistol, rifle, handgun - any shooting competitor will be able to gain mental strength from this CD set.

There is a great difference between the Mental Management Seminar on DVD and the Mental Management for Shooting Sports Audio CDs. The DVDs are approx. 1 hour in length for each DVD - so 4 hours of total training. The power point presentation in the DVDs is an incredible tool and we do recommend shooters purchase the DVDs but not in place of the CD set. Why? Because the CDs have more information for the competitive shooter. All of the applications are shooting related unlike the DVDs. There is some information that is different too. There is more useful material we believe in the CDs for shooters than in the DVDs have to offer. If you have to make a choice between the products we suggest the CDs first! We do have several customers who have both DVDs and CDs and it is a great combo to enhance your mental training.
